Cooper was dumped at a rual Virginia pound. He is safe in rescue now & never has to worry about being abandoned again. He has some skin issues that we will have cleared up in no time. He will also be neutered soon. Cooper is the sweetest, happiest little guy! He loves to cuddle & REALLY loves a good stuffy toy! He does well on leash & sleeps in his crate through the night.
